Description:
Groups create a list of vocabulary words from A to Z (A = awesome; B = bikini; C = candle, etc.) and then act out and or draw the words in front of the class one at a time. The teacher will try to guess the word before the other groups can guess the word. If the teacher guesses the word than that team gets a point. If another team guesses the word then they get the point. Once the word has been guessed, a student from the performing team is asked to use the word in a complete sentence that is grammatically correct in order to get another point. Note: In order to add to the excitement you could allow each letter to only be used once. For example, if the first group uses the letter 'C' then no other group can use this letter.
